How long does the Process Take?
On average it can take between 4-6 weeks for an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO), if you are applying from outside the UK or if you are applying from inside the UK, 6-8 weeks for a Caseworker to consider your application and documents and decide to issue you a UK Unmarried Partner visa.
