Fixed Fee:
Our services are provided at agreed fixed fees, this ensures transparency at all times and no unexpected surprises. As part of our service, we will establish your instructions and analyse your case to make sure we provide you the best advice and representation possible.
Guideline Fixed Fee:

Please note, the above fees are estimated and may be less depending on the nature of your case or application. However, if additional work is required or there is an unexpected change in your case matter, additional fees may apply.
Please note, all disbursement fees such as a Court fee are separate from our professional legal fees. We will endeavour to keep you informed of all disbursements in advance.
VAT (Value-Added Tax):
Fixed Fee or Hourly Rate Fee:
This will depend on the nature of your case and the practice service you require legal help and assistance with. We will always aim from the outset to ensure that our fees are transparent allowing you to take a decision and make payment on time from the very outset.
We may quote a fixed fee based on our hourly fee earner hourly rates based on the number of hours worked is permitted on the case. This means on average costs are between £500-£5,000 plus depending on the nature of your case or application.
Once we have finalised our professional legal fees, we will confirm this in writing and set this out in our Terms of Business upon formally instructing us.
