- You are over 18 years old

- You have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your visit and your return journey without recourse to public funds in the UK.

The good news is that you are not subject to the UK NHS Surcharge when you apply for a Marriage Visitor visa to the UK. You however, provide supporting documents in support of your application to show evidence of getting married or register your Civil Partnership before you enter the UK.
