A NTL is also known as No Time Limit. This means that you are free from immigration restrictions and have the right to live and work in the UK. Once your application is successful you will be issued with a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) Card.
What documents are required for a NTL (No Time Limit) Application:
- You will need to provide evidence of your identity such as a Passport or ID Card
- You may have your passport or previous passport endorsed with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Indefinite leave to Enter (ILE)
- You may have an old Home Office letter confirming the grant of your ILR or Immigration Status. The Home Office may also request any further documents if required.
